CYCLE

Be open minded

Expect weights for cycle & sculpt: There will be some elements you wouldn’t expect – be prepared to try something new, but know everything will be explained so you won’t be left scratching your head.

Can anyone take part in a CYCLE class?

The handy thing about cycle classes is that they allow riders of all abilities to push themselves as much as they like, in the same place. So an Olympic champion can train alongside a complete novice without either placing any impact on the other’s training.

Spin bikes have resistance dials – so a stronger cyclist can turn their dial right up to the max, whilst a beginner may want to be a bit more restrained. No one gets dropped and no one gets frustrated.

Cycle cancellation and no-show policy

If you are unable to make it to a class that you booked you may cancel up to 12 hours before the start of that class time. If you cancel 12 or more hours before the start of class, you will be able to redeem the class that you cancelled and use it at a later date and time. If you fail to cancel 12 or more hours before the start of class, or you don’t show up to a class that you booked, a class will be debited from your account and you will not get the opportunity to get that class back to use at another date and time.

How does your waitlist work?

If there is class that you want to attend but it’s completely full you can put your name on the waitlist for that class.

If/when a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist for that class is automatically added to the class. You will be notified of your waitlist status through email or via text message. If you receive a message please reply ASAP to accept or decline so the next client on the waitlist can be contacted if you no longer wish to attend the class.
