Have completed course work in yin yoga, yoga for seniors, aryuveda, anatomy, meditation and restorative yoga.
My favorite posture is tree for balance and spinal twists and forward folds are my go to for ease and stretch.
I found yoga in 1970 at a kundalini ashram in Orlando Florida. I fell in love with the spiritual blending of postures, chanting and the breath of fire
Yoga has taught me to listen to my body finding ease and strength in the postures. To quieten my mind letting go of worry, planning and thinking. Learning pathways to Feel gratitude for each moment...being present with mindfulness and embracing the now.
