This class is appropriate for all levels. Flowing through postures, but with an emphasis on alignment. Learn details about specific postures. Simple movements and time -honored techniques. These classes are suitable for those new to yoga, recovering from an injury or interested in the finer harmonic details found in alignment. The posture sequences allow space for students to align, strengthen, and thrive on and off the mat.
Using only a ballet barre for balance, small isometric movements and your own resistance, this is a highly effective, total body workout that tightens, sculpts and elongates muscles, to create a beautiful, and lean body transformation. Everyone welcome.
Yoga for Core Strength
Your core is more than just your abdominal muscles. Yoga for Core Strength incorporates yoga postures, breath, and a variety of dynamic movements to target your deep core muscles. Postures and sequencing are geared toward strengthening and stabilizing the muscles of your torso and legs. This includes the abdominals, glutes, and thighs. Having a strong core helps to stabilize the body which can prevent injuries and reduce low back pain. This class is appropriate for beginning and continuing students who want to improve their strength and flexibility.
Indicates this class is not vigorous, but slow and soothing, perfect for those wanting a more relaxed and softer practice. Also excellent for beginners, the elderly and pregnant women. Create a healthy body and a peaceful mind in our slowest and gentlest class, perfect for those who enjoy a softer practice or are recovering from injury, illness, or have special physical needs.
Foundation poses which calm and stretch the body and mind. Students at all levels of experience and ability are welcome. The instructor will offer options for beginners as well as more options for the experienced yogi.

A series of 26 postures taught in a room heated to over 100 degrees. This class is structured to detoxify the body, improve circulation, metabolism and strength. Pilates strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind. Pilates was designed to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, creating a strong core. All levels welcome.
This class will challenge and energize you with its focus on building strength and concentration. Explore flowing sun salutations and foundation poses which both calm the mind, and invigorate the body. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout. 90 minutes (core included and inversions options)
When stress becomes chronic, our body’s capacity to heal itself is compromised….the antidote to stress is relaxation. Our well-being is enhanced by a healthy spine; restorative yoga is designed to move the spine in all directions in gentle, fully supported poses. Through the use of blankets, bolsters, straps, etc., we allow the body to ‘actively’ rest, thereby stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system…..bringing balance to our body/mind and allowing the experience of peaceful surrender. This practice is suitable & encouraged for all levels of fitness or health issues.
Restore & Renew
This class is appropriate for all levels. Flowing through postures, it combines movement with breath, strength building and stretching. Each week we will concentrate on a different body part, while toning and stretching the entire body. Come wind down your weekend and start channeling a sense of calm to take with you throughout your week.
Roll & Restore
It’s easy to fall into a pattern of giving to others while we neglect ourselves, turning into overwhelm and stress. Self-nurturing falls to the bottom of our to-do list, which can result in both personal suffering and the distress of those around us. Self-care through the use of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls and how we might use it to re-create the day—and move loving ourselves to the top of our list. Research shows that self-massage followed by static stretching is an effective combination to help you improve mobility, prevent injuries, and promote healing. Restorative yoga and breathwork at the end of class deregulates the nervous system to help you deeply relax. A great class for athletes, yogis, office workers, or anyone who wants to move better in their body. All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary. TGIF! Yoga Vinyasa flow that will get you moving, interspersed core and long deep stretches and twists. This fun "let your hair down" class will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Yin Yoga (Warm- heated room 80 degrees)
This practice is designed to help by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated, supine and prone poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This deep practice is gentle yet intense, helping to release tension and practice staying present. Yin complements the more muscularly strenuous styles of Yoga. *Beginner-Friendly
Yoga for Equestrians
The benefits of yoga to the equestrian are plentiful. No matter what your discipline of riding - from dressage to jumping, western to English, if you ride for competition or artistic expression, or simply to feel the beautiful connection between animal and rider - yoga will benefit both rider and horse. Tight hips? Want to work on posture? Maybe core strength? Do you need to learn to quiet your mind right before an event? A regular yoga practice can address all of these, as well as many other issues, both physical and mental. This class will focus on the needs of the equestrian, although all athletes will benefit. All students are welcome.
Yoga 101/ $5 Community
Yoga 101 is a basic class to allow anybody in ANY body to enjoy the benefits of yoga. If you are skeptical of yoga because of physical obstacles (obesity, MS, injuries, surgeries, etc.), then this is the class for you. Poses are can be modified, props are offered which allow each student the opportunity to enjoy yoga. This beginner level yoga series is designed for new students looking to start their yoga practice and for those who desire to deepen their understanding of yoga principles, foundation and key alignment principles.
Yoga for Stress Relief
The class is designed to show participants how yoga postures and breathing help the body to decrease discomfort. Yoga also trains your counter-stress response system called the parasympathetic nervous system. With regular practice, your chronic daytime stress hormone levels drop and your heart rate variability increases, which is measure of your ability to tolerate stress. No Yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome.
Individual Private Sessions
This is an opportunity to have private yoga instruction. We will evaluate where you are in your practice and provide personalized instruction and refinements.For beginning students, this is an optimal way to learn the basic elements of yoga at your own pace and to get all your questions answered. For those with physical challenges or therapeutic needs, like back pain or shoulder injuries, this private lesson will tailor poses to your body's abilities and teach you how to modify your practice in a group class situation.
