I found yoga in my twenties, my focus was in Kundalini Yoga. I loved the way it balanced my mind and body in a challenging physical practice. I found Yin Yoga during my teacher training in 2016. I fell in love with the long, deep stretches. It such a gift to share this meditative practice with a class full of yogis.
Yoga has taught me so much about quieting my mind, tuning in and trusting my ability to listen to my body. It is such an important part of restoring my energy and commitment to my self-care.
